All of abloom's facilitators have their Degrees within Early Childhood Education.
Yes, participants will receive a training certificate after completion of their training AND end of training survey (required).
Certificate will be issued to your email address provided at registration. Please allow up to 48hrs after the facilitator receives your survey to email your training certificate.
*The training certificate can only be provided to participants that participated in the full length of the training.
*Video on for all participants is also required to ensure full participation
*All participants in the webinar trainings, must be logged on to their own device, using their training link that was issued to them at registration. This is how participants will appear on the zoom attendance. It is also how the participants will access the required post training survey and receive their training certificate.
It allows us to give positive feedback to the facilitators on areas of the training you enjoyed, as well as feedback on areas you think we can approve upon.
We also encourage any feedback on areas of development that you would like to see in an upcoming trainings.
In Massachusetts, at least one-third of the required professional development must address diverse learners. Diverse learners are defined as, “Children who have special physical, emotional, behavioral, cognitive or linguistic needs or whose primary learning modality is visual, auditory, tactile or kinesthetic, who may require an adaptation in the environment, interaction or curriculum in order to succeed in their program.” (606 CMR 7.02)
Family Child Care [See 606 CMR 7.09(15)(f)
1. Educators in family child care working more than 25 hours per year but less than 10 hours per week must complete at least 5 hours of professional development activities per year.
2. Educators in family child care working more than 10 hours per week must complete at least 10 hours of professional development per year.
Small Group and School Age Child Care [See 606 CMR 7.09(16)(c)]
Educators in small group and school age child care must complete ten hours of professional development activities per year.
Large Group and School Age Child Care [See 606 CMR 7.09(19)(b)]
1. Educators working fewer than ten hours per week shall complete a minimum of five hours of professional development activities per year;
2. Educators working at least ten but fewer than 20 hours per week shall complete a minimum of 12 hours of professional development activities per year;
3. Educators working 20 or more hours per week shall complete a minimum of 20 hours of professional development activities per year.

No, you must be able to log on to ZOOM and be visible to the facilitator that is conducting the training. This is the only way you will receive credit for the training.
