Jenn's passion is working with children, families, and other educators. She is Director II certified in Massachusetts and has worked in many different capacities throughout her career. She started as a classroom teacher, educating infants through school-age children. She has held several Program Director positions, in many diverse communities, throughout MA. Jenn also worked as a Regional Director for afterschool programs inside several Boston Public Schools. She also spent some time supporting families, as an Early Head Start Home Visitor.
Currently, Jenn continues her career supporting educators with their professional development and works full-time as a preschool teacher.
Jenn is originally from Massachusetts and moved to Florida with her husband in 2020. Jenn has 4 adult children and 2 grandchildren, whom she adores! She also added a new puppy to the family in November 2023.

Donna holds a Masters Degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus in Special Needs from Wheelock College. She is a certified Early Intervention Specialist and had worked at The Anne Sullivan Center Early Intervention in Lowell as a Developmental Educator for over 7 years. She most recently held the position of Education Director at The Goddard School in Westford from 2009-2019. Recently Donna stepped down from this position to aid in the care of her elderly, disabled father and to be more present in the life of her 14 year old son. She most recently launched The Inspirational Educator, a business that provides early education training, support and advocacy to childcare centers and families.

Donna Jasak has been working with children in many capacities for over 25 years. After receiving her BA at Westfield State College, she started her career as an after school and camp counselor. Since then, Donna has held positions as Executive Director, Program Director and Head Start Director. In 2013, she began facilitating workshops and consulting with a variety of Early Education and School Age Programs on Program Improvement and Accreditation, QRIS, Leadership and Licensing. Donna has also worked as a Researcher for the Early Learning Study at the Harvard Graduate School of Education and most recently, she has added Virtual trainings to her tool belt. Donna’s passion for a child’s well-being shines through in all of her work. Donna provides fun, engaging early childhood trainings on a wide variety of topics for both Early Educators and Educators working with Afterschool children and Summer Programs.

Nancy is the founder and director of the Nancy L. Toso Consulting Group, committed to providing relevant and meaningful professional development to early childhood educators and leaders. Nancy’s work involves conceptualizing, developing, and implementing customized professional development and coaching that meets the needs of educators and programs at all levels in the field of early childhood education. Nancy became passionate about early childhood as a college student and intern at the Massachusetts Office for Children. Nancy holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood and continued her learning through post-graduate courses and her year as a CAYL Fellow, allowing her to stay current with research and trends in the field. She has been deeply involved with MAAEYC, where she has served on the governing board, developed and instructed distance learning courses, established guidelines and reviewed applications for CEU courses, planned and implemented conferences, and collaborated with other statewide organizations to advocate for quality early learning opportunities for children and to provide quality professional development opportunities for early childhood educators. Nancy has spent the last 35 years developing and presenting timely and impactful professional development in a variety of settings locally, statewide, and nationally.
Nancy’s career has involved a wide range of experiences including teaching infants, toddlers,and preschoolers, directing and owning early learning centers, starting a Resource and Referral agency, consulting to groups starting child care programs, adjunct faculty at Wheelock College and the Northeast Montessori Institute, and professional coach for early childhood teachers and leaders.
Nancy’s involvement in her community includes working on committees to support early education and care in her town and volunteering for a variety of human service organizations.
Nancy’s non-work-related interests include reading, walking along the beach, hiking, cooking, and enjoying time with family and friends.

She truly seeks to support teams in working smarter and not harder and knows that without working systems, this can be challenging.
Jessica has over 15 years of experience and has helped organizations and teams expand their skills, learn how to support each other, and put knowledge into practice for overall personal and professional success thus increasing productivity and effectiveness. She has a successful methodology to prioritize and drive multiple concurrent projects while utilizing data and analytics to inform decision-making processes.
Before starting her own consulting business in 2021, Jessica was the Chief Operating Officer for various organizations in the early childhood education field, training, and development industries. In addition to her responsibilities as COO, Jessica was, simultaneously, and successfully, writing, administrating and reporting on state and federal grants. Over the years, Jessica has also provided consultation for non-profit organizations, helping them identify, create, and implement key new start-up programming as well as providing guidance and/or creating systems for effective operations. In addition, Jessica has supported organizations with grant management to ensure fidelity.
As you can see, through her extensive experience, proven track record and passion for quality change and improvement, Jessica is committed to making an organization’s idyllic goals and programming into a manageable project that can be developed and/or implemented to help create operational, high functioning organizations.

Cheryl's accolades? Oh, they're as zany as her spirit! She was the first in Rhode Island to snag the coveted CDA PD Specialist Credential from the Council for Professional Recognition. But that's not all – she holds a Master's Degree from Wheelock, specializing in Birth to Three: Development and Intervention. Infant and toddler whisperer? Absolutely. And now, she's on a quest to conquer an EdD in Early Childhood Education because, well, who doesn't love an academic adventure?
